Volunteer Volunteers are a vital part of our ministry. From organizations to individuals they enable us to expand our ministry focus, and to get more done for guests. Volunteering is not just about helping the camp but is an important part of stewardship and ownership of P.B.A. We encourage all of our churches to be apart of our ministry and to be involved in reaching the next generation of campers. By partnering together we will accomplish more for the kingdom. Summer Staff Every summer P.B.A. serves children and youth. Our goal as camp staff is to work together to create an environment where campers can draw closer to God through Bible Study, Recreation, and the natural environment of the camp. By being a part of the Summer Staff Team you will have an active role in ministering to campers. Campfires, skits, devotionals, and recreation are our most powerful means to impact campers. Our staff also assist with daily food service, kitchen operation, maintenance assistance, and guest services. All of which contribute to providing a positive environment for campers to encounter God in new ways. We work closely with our various Camp Directors and guest to assist in programing each week. Students begin the summer with a week of orientation that includes ropes course certification, lifeguard training, and general instruction. This week allows students to get to know their peers and settle into camp life. Throughout the summer we have weekly staff Bible Studies and Worship Times to maintain our spiritual focus and develop students as young Christian leaders.
